Sales Manager France
The position is situated within the Commercial Department and reports to the Chief Commercial
Officer. The role focuses mainly on current accounts within the France Market.
This position acts as a business partner to retail, distributors and/or partner accounts and is
responsible for managing our current customers in France.
The Sales manager continuously monitors market needs and identifies market potential within their
area of responsibility. This will be used to build/maintan sustainable relationships and advises clients
at both operational and tactical levels. The Sales Manager represents these accounts internally and
initiates the necessary actions to ensure the optimal delivery of a high-quality product. Continuous
and proactive information sharing, both internally and towards clients is key.
Working from home office if you live in France / Occasional business travel

Role Objective
To drive growth of the product portfolio and revenue for the assigned accounts, and to provide a
clear translation of customer needs to the internal organization.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving the defined margin, revenue, and growth targets in line with the
    budget and strategy of the assigned accounts.
  • Monitoring performance results and making adjustments on the assortment where
    necessary.
  • Driving growth and development of the product category with the assigned accounts.
  • Contributing broadly and proactively to the development of the fresh juices and smoothies
    category.
  • Conducting negotiations and closing contracts in cooperation with CCO and Managing
    Directors
  •  Identifying new opportunities based on trends, market developments, and customer
    insights, and initiating improvements to existing concepts.
  • Preparing the budget and forecast.
  • Providing structured and timely reporting to both the client and the internal organization.
  • Aligning customer expectations and informing the internal organization accordingly.
  • Actively and closely collaborating with, among others, Trade Marketing, Finance, R&D,
    Operations, and Supply Chain to jointly build the business.

Knowledge and Meaningful Skills

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus;
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively at different levels, both internally and
    externally, and to share knowledge appropriately.
